By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview of the Programme
This is a 6-week group coaching and training programme designed to support veterinary professionals to quieten self-doubt, rebuild confidence, rediscover their passion and help them feel proud of themselves and the care they provide.
As a Founding Member, you join this early version of the programme at a reduced rate. Your feedback will help refine and enhance the experience for yourself and future cohorts.
The Provider may modify programme elements (including content, structure, or platforms) based on Founding Member feedback, technical requirements or improvements to the learning experience.

The weekly call time will be confirmed following an availability poll of all Founding Members.
2. Nature of Coaching and Training
This programme combines:
The Provider agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Founding Members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the ICF Code of Ethics.
This programme does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical treatment or crisis support. Founding Members are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where needed.
3. Provider Confidentiality
The Provider is committed to maintaining high standards of confidentiality in line with the ICF Code of Ethics. All personal information shared within the programme will be treated with respect and kept confidential.
The Provider cannot view or access Founding Member activity with the AI coaching tool.
The Provider will not disclose any personal information shared privately without the Founding Member’s consent, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
Personal information is not considered confidential if it:
(a) was already known to the Provider prior to the programme
(b) becomes public through no breach of confidentiality
(c) is independently obtained from a third party without obligation of confidentiality
(d) is required to be disclosed by law, court order or subpoena
(e) indicates an imminent risk of harm to the Founding Member or others
(f) involves disclosure of illegal activity
Founding Members remain responsible for raising any confidentiality concerns or boundaries with the Provider in a timely manner.
4. Community Conduct & Peer Confidentiality
A psychologically safe community is essential. Founding Members agree that:

As a Founding Member, you play an active role both in your own growth and in strengthening the future version of this programme.

6. Termination
The Provider reserves the right to remove a Founding Member from the programme, without refund, in the event of behaviour that compromises psychological safety, breaches confidentiality, or significantly disrupts the group experience.
7. Feedback & Testimonials
As a Founding Member, your insights help shape the current and future programme.
You agree to provide feedback during and after the 6 weeks through written reflections, surveys or discussions.
With your permission, the Provider may use your feedback (in whole or in part) as a testimonial for marketing or educational purposes. You may choose:
No personal or identifiable information will ever be shared without your explicit consent.
8. Use of Third-Party Platforms
Programme delivery includes the use of third-party platforms such as:
By joining the programme, you agree to comply with the terms of use of these platforms.
The Provider is not responsible for outages, access limitations or technical issues within third-party services.
The Provider reserves the right to change which Third-Party Platforms are used based on Founding Member feedback and preference.
9. Payments & Refunds
The Founding Member rate for this programme is £185 (discounted from the standard rate of £485).
Payment is required before the programme begins and constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Refund policy:
If the Provider cancels the programme, all Founding Members will receive a full refund.
10. CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
It is the responsibility of each Founding Member to determine how many hours from this programme can be recorded as CPD, based on guidance from the RCVS or any other regulatory body, and to record these hours appropriately.
11. Data Proection & Privacy
The Provider will process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Positivity in Practice Privacy Policy.
Some programme content is delivered through third-party platforms that act as data processors on behalf of the Provider. They process personal data in accordance with the Provider’s instructions, while also applying their own technical and privacy practices as set out in their respective privacy policies.
12. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, content, videos and tools are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.
13. Liability
The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific results from this programme.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for participation in the programme.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
