How will our 6 weeks play out?

1️⃣WEEK 1: Reset and reconnect – The system is broken, but you’re not. Relief, insight and inner reconnection.
Discover why you doubt yourself and have lost your passion - and why it's not your fault. Learn about your current neuro patterns, explore what it means to update them, and reconnect with your true self.


2️⃣WEEK 2: Come back to you. Regulation and presence.
Learn short, practical techniques that help you stay grounded and calm - even in tough moments. We’ll cover habit formation to build these into your day, so the new neuro patterns become second nature. 


3️⃣WEEK 3: Trust yourself again. Self-kindness and mental clarity.

Explore the negative Inner Chatter that causes you to spiral, and learn how to spot, defuse and redirect it. You’ll discover how to take the mic back from self-doubt, shame or worry - and give it to your positive, kind Inner Champion instead.


4️⃣Week 4: Build your confidence to handle the hard stuff. Self-confidence and steadiness in practice.

Get back to feeling confident and standing steady - you'll learn to let things go so you can finally leave work at work! Explore and apply what you've learned so far in real-life challenges, like manic consults, tough conversations or leadership not listening. 


5️⃣WEEK 5: Rediscover your passion. Shift focus and build momentum.

Train your brain to notice and feel more of what’s good, real and already working. Not to deny the hard stuff - but to stop it from dominating. This is how you shift your baseline mood, one moment at a time, and rediscover the passion that you’ve lost. 


6️⃣WEEK 6: Live the Dream - Even When the Practice Isn’t. Integration and what’s next. 

You’ve shifted how you think, feel and act - now let’s protect that progress and continue it! We’ll cover how to complete the installation of your new neuro patterns, how to deal with practice problems, and explore next steps.

Does this count as CPD?

Yes! The programme counts as 9 hours CPD. But because a lot of it is in bite-sized chunks, it feels really manageable. 

What's the investment?

When this officially launches, it will be £485, but right now I'm offering it to a select few for £185.
This is the only chance to get it at this price.
